Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If you have an emergency please contact us and if we can accommodate you we will be happy to do so. We use Canada Post to ship packages.

The fees mentioned are for a standard weight and size package (10 pounds and for a 14x14x5 inch box). Additional fees may apply if the package exceeds these standards. Delivery adjustments will be communicated to you by email if applicable. You can also accumulate your purchases on several orders, share the delivery with friends or join an online order with your pre-orders to have free delivery, just select COLLECT when ordering.

Pick up at a drop-off point or order matching

Please select the COLLECT option, and write us a note in the cart.

We have drop-off points where you can pick up your orders to save on shipping costs. Shipments are made approximately once a month to these locations (except Blainville and St-Charles which are faster), you will be contacted once the order has been sent to the selected drop-off point.

Returns

There are no refunds unless the item is defective. If this is the case, please contact us by email.
