Superb conference hotel with indoor pool.
Total cost of the crop package ( excluding accommodation ) $300 plus taxes.
Important: the package is non-refundable , but transferable to a friend.
The artist is a bonus offered by Art et Passion; in case of unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of the performance portion, this will not be a reason for cancellation.
Date for submissions
First deposit upon registration: $100 plus taxes.
Second deposit of $100 plus taxes due no later than April 1, 2026
Final payment of $100 plus taxes due no later than September 1, 2026
(Invoices will be sent by the store 2 weeks before the deadline)

3 days of cropping (it starts at 11am on Friday)

IMPORTANT
It is possible to reserve a room for an additional $189 per night for single or double occupancy. An extra $10 per additional person, per night, is charged for triple or quadruple occupancy (plus tax). The booking link will be provided later on the Facebook group . I have 50 rooms, so please let me know when registering if you require a room or not.
Since only Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch are included, you can eat at the hotel restaurant (Pacini). They serve breakfast, and there are several restaurants around the hotel (Scores, Tim Hortons, Mikes, Cage, A&W, Baton Rouge, St-Hubert, etc.) and also grocery stores. Please note that no food or alcohol may be consumed in the crop hall except for what is purchased on the premises.
You can add a lunch box for Saturday lunch so you can eat in the hall. More information will be shared later, but those who opted for it this year found the lunch excellent and the portions generous!
