It is possible to reserve a room for an additional $175 per night for single or double occupancy. An extra $10 per additional person, per night, is charged for triple or quadruple occupancy (plus tax). The booking link will be provided later. I have 40 rooms, so please let me know at the time of registration if you require a room with or without a bed.
Since only Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch are included, you can eat at the hotel restaurant (Pacini). They serve breakfast, and there are several restaurants around the hotel (Scores, Tim Hortons, Mikes, Cage, A&W, Baton Rouge, St-Hubert, etc.) and also grocery stores. Please note that no food or alcohol may be consumed in the crop hall except for what is purchased on the premises.
You can add a lunch box for Saturday lunch so you can eat in the hall. More information will be shared later, but those who opted for it this year found the lunch excellent and the portions generous!
